My husband and I had an incredible honeymoon at Hacienda De San Rafael. Fiona, the staff member who greeted us, was so friendly and even checked in on us before our late arrival. We enjoyed some delicious ham and cheese tapas with a glass of wine before bed. the food and drinks at the hotel were exceptional, and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. the courtyard and grounds were beautifully maintained, and we were so comfortable in our room. We didn't even feel the need to leave the grounds for any day trips because our experience at the Hacienda was so amazing. It's the perfect destination for couples looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Cons: Can't think of anything 😊.

The hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with stylish and spacious rooms adorned with interesting artefacts. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay special, like arranging bags of towels and iced water for a beach trip. The location is truly picturesque, surrounded by fields of sunflowers and beautiful gardens where you can enjoy the stunning sunsets.
Nothing to improve, everything was just perfect.

Great food and peaceful location. the pools were clean and refreshing, perfect for the hot weather during my business trip. the hotel's staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided prompt service. the rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a stress-free stay. the hotel's proximity to the airport and main business district was convenient and made travel easy.
The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was poor in some areas of the property and made it difficult to stay connected during my business trip. the prices for food and drinks were a bit high and not very flexible, making it challenging to stick to a budget.

Wow, this hotel exceeded my expectations! The country-style architecture and beautiful gardens were a perfect backdrop to the numerous pools and lounging areas. Exploring the different patios and dining al fresco next to the amazing views was a real highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hotel’s location provides a peaceful retreat from the city buzz while still being close enough to explore the local area and attractions.
To be honest, there wasn’t much to dislike. Some of the rooms could be updated to a more modern style, but that’s just personal preference.

The breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed Saville oranges, lovely pastries and a great selection of cooked options. We also loved the nice touch of fresh lavender fragranced towels upon arrival. Lastly, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that guests were happy and comfortable throughout their stay.
All was perfect.

We stayed at Hacienda De San Rafael for a romantic getaway and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was so peaceful and the surrounding fields were beautiful. The room was comfortable and gorgeous, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The homemade food, including the dinner outside, was absolutely delicious. A big shout-out to the staff for their superb service and the amazing breakfast with homemade marmalade and jam. They even helped us switch to their sister hotel in Sevilla, making our stay even more wonderful. We can't thank them enough!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
